Returns Policy Eligibility

You may request a return within 14–30 days. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Perfumes must remain sealed.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened perfumes, used items, gift cards, and final-sale products cannot be returned.

Refund Process

Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned product. You will be notified once the process is complete.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
